Our La Jolla Guest House project has won a NY Design Award from the Society of American Registered Architects, New York Council.

The La Jolla Guest House is a 1,200-square-foot board-formed concrete and cedar structure with adjacent pool that complements an existing house on a hilltop site in La Jolla, California. Conceived as two concrete boxes linked by a wood-slat roof, the enclosed volumes contain a bedroom, bathroom, laundry, and mudroom. Pocket doors open the living space to the pool and surrounding landscape.
