Artribune Interviews Richard Gluckman, the Architect of Museums
Excerpt from the Interview:
To achieve results, how important is the synergy with all those involved in the process?
My entire career depends on collaborating with directors, curators, artists, collectors: they trust us and are aware that we conceive our architecture as frames / devices that frame works of art. We favor the relationship between the viewer, the artwork and the space they share. The Picasso Museum project, for example, would not have been realized as it is today without the close relationship with Carmen Gimenez.
